What are your business hours?
We are open Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

Can we send patients for Custom Shades?
Yes, we have a state-of-the-art Custom Shade Room. Perfect Smile uses the X-Rite custom shade matching system and our technicians also take pictures. Custom Shades are by appointment only.

Is there a Custom Shade or Stain fee?
Yes, please contact Perfect Smile to discuss fees. We always bill the doctor’s office.

Can we rush cases?
Yes, Perfect Smile can Rush most cases. Please contact office to discuss restoration.

Can you pick-up and deliver cases?
Yes, we offer same day pick-up and delivery in all San Diego County. Please call our office to schedule a pick-up at 858-467-9449.

How can I send Perfect Smile our cases?
For those offices outside of San Diego County, Perfect Smile has partnered with UPS and Fed-Ex to offer convenience for shipping your cases.

What is the turnaround time?
We ask for 10 business days.

How can I request more information?

Can I email COS or other digital files?
Yes, please contact lab for more information.

Do you do dentures or partials?
No.

Can I send you our intra oral scan?
Yes, we can receive 3M ESPF, TrueDef, CEREC, Itero, CareStream, and TRIOS. Our Digital Team can support your office with any type of Intra Oral Scanner.
