Perfect Zirconia is an exclusive zirconia based crown and bridge material available only at Perfect Smile Dental Lab. It combines the strength of full contour zirconia with the undeniable beauty of porcelain. Perfect Zirconia is a full contour zirconia crown with micro cutback on the facial surface that is layered with porcelain. This technique gives you the best of strength and the best of esthetics. It has a high translucency and a felexural strength of 1400 Mpa, with Noritake porcelain overlay. This product is esthetically pleasing and biocompatible.

PREPARATION:

The ideal preparation for Perfect Zirconia is a chamfer margin preparation. If a porcelain labial margin is prescribed, then a shoulder margin preparation is required. Feather-edge margin preparations are indicated for full-cast restorations.

Maxcem Elite (Kerr)
Panavia F 2.0 (Kuraray) -ideal for short, tapered preparations
Glass ionomer cement (GC Fuji, GC America)
