Perfect Smile Dental Ceramics provides free local pick-up and delivery right to your office. Our drivers are available every business day to pickup and deliver your cases. For local Doctors (within 25 miles of San Diego), we provide dependable, same day pickup by our own drivers, if scheduled before 12pm.

For Local Delivery

1. Fill out a RX Form completely.

2. Attach the labslip with the case, including the impression(s), bites, photos, and study model.

3. Pickup request received after 12:00PM will be picked up on the following day.
